Alyah, my best friend who got into Meridian JC, texted me at seven in the morning asking me the school I'm posted to. It was a reminder for me actually. I would have forgotten about it. I got excited and checked my mom's phone. Yes, my mom's phone. I was stressed by the repetitive reminder informing me that I have only ten minutes to complete each page during the JAE-IS. Since my mom and I shared the exact digits(with a different arrangement of course) for our mobile phone number, I keyed in my mom's number instead of mine. How silly. I looked for unread messages in my mom's cell phone and there was none. I got impatient, excited and nervous that I started shaking my legs. A few minutes later, I found out that I was posted into Tampines JC. Awesomeness. I'm not so disappointed that I didn't get into Meridian. After all, it'll all come to the same major examination, A' Levels. Many of my friends are going TPJC with me. I hope someone doesn't go "Darn, she's still in the same school as me!" upon hearing my posting results. And Nabilah, don't apply for Meridian JC since you applied for MLEP in TPJC. I need you to be my malay literature buddy. haha.
