
Okay, I'm about to write my steps in writing before accomplishing my goals which, I have many. I'm all determined after a talk by my seniors, not to to forget getting owned thrice. A hat-trick? Pretty much the opposite. Last all the way. That's it man, this is going to be my first and last. Well, of course, I didn't mean I never got thrashed before. I just never participate in such events ever in my life. Yes, I feel like a loser. I thought, if I could have a schedule for my revision which I follow once in a while, so can I create a fitness schedule. I have no idea when I shall start but here it goes.
1. Run 2.4km thrice a week and reach a timing of 12 minutes. (Current timing:14.02 minutes)
2. Drilling of soccer skills.(juggling/dribbling)
3. Do workout sets everyday. (50 sit-ups, crunches and 10 commando push ups. Shall increase when I'm seasoned.)
There's no gain without pain. I cannot do this!
